Consultation Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking a consultation.

1. Nature of the Consultation

The consultation provided by DominicanGringo.com is based solely on personal experience and knowledge gained over 20+ years of living in and traveling to the Dominican Republic. Anthony is not a licensed attorney, financial advisor, real estate agent, or immigration consultant. Nothing discussed during the consultation constitutes legal, financial, real estate, or immigration advice.

2. No Professional Advice

All information shared during the consultation is for informational and educational purposes only. You should always consult with a qualified licensed professional (attorney, financial advisor, real estate agent, immigration specialist) before making any major legal, financial, or real estate decisions.

3. Accuracy of Information

While every effort is made to provide accurate and up-to-date information, laws, regulations, and conditions in the Dominican Republic change frequently. DominicanGringo.com makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided during the consultation.

4. Confidentiality

Information you share during your consultation will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

5. Payment & Scheduling

Payment is required in full at the time of booking. Sessions are 30 minutes in length. Late arrivals will not extend the session time. Please arrive on time to your scheduled call.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Call bookings are non-refundable. To cancel or reschedule, email anthony@dominicangringo.com with the subject "CALL CANCELLATION – [date & time of your call]" no less than 48 hours before your call. If you don't show up or don't reschedule at least 48 hours in advance, the call is forfeited. See our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Limitation of Liability

DominicanGringo.com and Anthony shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of information provided during the consultation. Your use of the information provided is entirely at your own risk.

8. Agreement

By booking and attending a consultation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
