Refund Policy

Plain terms for calls, guides, courses and digital products.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases from Dominican Gringo — including 1-on-1 calls, eBooks, guides, PDFs, video courses and other digital products — are final. Due to the nature of digital products and reserved call time, no refunds are offered.

2. 1-on-1 Calls: Cancelling or Rescheduling

Call bookings are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or move your call, email anthony@dominicangringo.com with the subject line "CALL CANCELLATION – [date & time of your call]" no less than 48 hours before your call, and we'll work with you to reschedule.

3. Missed Calls

If you don't show up to your call, or don't reschedule at least 48 hours in advance, the call is forfeited.

4. Delivery Problems

If a product becomes unavailable after you've paid but before you've downloaded it, you'll receive a refund. If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of your product, we'll either replace it or refund the price paid, at our discretion.

5. Price Changes

Prices may change at any time. We don't offer price protection or refunds if a price is later reduced or a promotion is offered.
